French Toast Muffins are baked in a muffin tin and are packed with a cinnamon streusel topping and real maple syrup.  Sunday comfort food doesn’t get any better than this!  When it comes to breakfast opt to pair something sweet, like these muffins with something savory.  Cinnamon and sugar bread always screams breakfast to me.

French toast is the star of brunch.  Nothing says good morning like a fresh baked goods and these muffins are a great way to start the day.  I find that tearing the bread into little chunks makes these beauties the perfect bite sized muffin.  You won’t have to worry about throwing out any uneaten french toast after breakfast.  These muffins will keep good for a few days.

Assemble these muffins the night before and save some time in the morning.  I cannot think of a better way to wake up in the morning.  French toast is my favorite breakfast food and you won’t have to ask me why once you try these muffins!  This recipe will be a big hit with everyone and is a great way to use up stale bread.
