Lighter spaghetti and Meatballs – where the meatballs use turkey instead of a traditional beef recipe
Sometimes, I’m looking for a recipe that is simple and delicious for dinner. With the holiday season here, the last thing I need are all those extra calories that come with good home cooked meals. What makes this spaghetti lighter than traditional recipes is that the meatballs use ground turkey instead of beef. It’s an easy substitute and will shave both calories and fat off the traditional beef meatballs. Making homemade meatballs also means that it is fairly easy to work in extra vegetables. This recipe is fairly easy to adapt but it is to die for as is!
