Cinnamon Honey Butter

The perfect amount of butter sweetened with honey, powdered sugar and cinnamon.  This rich, smooth and creamy butter tastes great on just about everything!  One of my favorite ways to add flavor to breakfast items is with sweetened butter.

Cinnamon Honey Butter

Breakfast is such an important part of the day.  I remember when I was growing up that mom would make a large breakfast for the family on the weekend.  As I got older, I helped her in the kitchen.  It has always been a time for the family to enjoy a home cooked meal together while catching up on our week and  now, I’ve carried on that tradition in our family.

Cinnamon and Apple Griddle Melts

Weekday breakfasts are much different around here.  Usually, everyone is in a rush to get somewhere and that’s okay.  Since we don’t have a lot of time in the morning to prepare breakfast, I like to use Aunt Jemima® Griddle Melts™.  Our family is all about the Apples & Cinnamon. These are great because they have the perfect combination of sweet cinnamon bread and maple-flavored sauce topped with real diced apples and oatmeal streusel. Each serving is only 160 calories per serving and provides 25% Daily Value of Vitamin C.  The aroma of these Griddle Melts™ is enough to get everyone out of bed.

Preparing breakfast is as simple as heating these in the microwave for less than 2 minutes.  The cinnamon honey butter tastes like pure bliss topped on this simple breakfast.  Breakfast doesn’t need to be some big elaborate thing, what’s important however, is eating something to start the day.  Even if we don’t have time to sit down and eat before we go about our day, it’s important to at least make something quick.  What I love about Griddle Melts™ is that while I fill everyone’s water bottle up for the day, I can heat these in the microwave and then send everyone off with their breakfast.

Honey Butter

Aunt Jemima® Griddle Melts™  include the following varieties.  If you ask me, the first two are my favorite.  Egg & Cheese is the perfect combination of scrambled eggs and real melted mozzarella & cheddar cheeses, topped with cheese sauce on home-style bread. The benefits include 7g Protein per serving, 160 calories per serving. Sausage, Ham & Bacon is the perfect combination of savory sausage, ham and bacon with scrambled eggs and real melted mozzarella & cheddar cheeses, topped with cheese sauce on a home-style bread. The benefits include 7g Protein per serving, 170 calories per serving .  Sausage, Egg & Cheese is the perfect combination of sweet cinnamon bread and maple-flavored sauce topped with savory sausage, scrambled eggs and real melted mozzarella & cheddar cheeses. Breakfast

The last thing I want to happen in the morning is to be slowed down and I don’t always have time to make breakfast ahead of time everybody.  I wish I had these back in high school.  It would of made my life so much easier but I’m glad we have them today.

  1. I usually make different flavors of butter at home, but it’s more on the savory side. Like herbs, garlic, etc. This one, I’d love to try as well! Sounds really tasty!
