Of course, this appetizer is great to enjoy on a hot summer day around the pool, BBQ, picnics, potlucks, sports game and for the nights watching a movie at home.
This recipe requires simple ingredients and is easy to make with minimal prep work.
To start, dice 3 Roma tomatoes, half of a cucumber, a bunch of green onions and chop a handful of parsley and then set aside.
In a bowl, mix together non-fat Greek yogurt and Ranch Greek Yogurt Dip.
You’ll want to spread the Ranch dip mixture in a serving bowl.
To assemble the dip, spread the diced tomatoes over the Greek yogurt mixture. Add the chopped green onions to the top.
Next, add the cucumbers on top of the green onions.
Top it off with chopped parsley curls and serve with pita chips or hummus chips.
