Spinach Lasagna

Spinach Lasagna

This classic favorite comfort food has all the flavor without slaving over a hot stove.  This spinach lasagna is perfect for making ahead and can easily be stored for later.  Fresh spinach, ricotta, mozzarella cheese, pasta noodles and tomato sauce make this a hearty comfort food.

Making a delicious lasagna is all about the ratio of filling, cheese, sauce and noodles.  This mild flavor lasagna will appeal to kids and adults alike.  A vegetarian lasagna with fresh herbs, lasagna noodles and plenty of cheese baked in tomato sauce.

Spinach Lasagna is one of my favorite recipes to make.  For 9 plus year I was a vegetarian and this was a comfort food for me.  I loved adding fresh seasonal ingredients and plenty of cheese to bake in the dish.  This recipe is similar to my own and is still requested by my family to this day.  This recipe is lightened up by cutting out the fatty ground beef.  This hearty lasagna is the only thing you need on a meatless Monday.  For a fuss free meal, bake this dish in under 10 minutes.
