Healthy Strawberry Pumpkin Shake
This healthy shake is made with frozen strawberries, pumpkin puree and almond milk. For an extra kick of strawberry flavor and health, I added 1/2 scoop Strawberry Shakeology Powder. This recipe cannot get much easier and it’s one I start my day with every morning!
Keeping with the autumn spirit, adding pumpkin puree is very healthy and rewarding. Everyone raves of Pumpkin Lattes and Frappucionos this time of year and If you like them as much as I do, the calories of lattes and fraps everyday can add up! Now you can enjoy the same great pumpkin taste with a lot less calories and fat! This shake is packed with vitamins, protein and all those healthy things that give you real energy.
Everyone thinks shakes are supposed to be unhealthy, but how would you like to have one every morning or afternoon for a meal or snack? This shake is made of blended frozen fruit and contains NO added sugar! Simply switching from that latte everyday from Starbucks to this healthy vitamin and mineral packed shake will leave you with more energy to get through the day.
The Strawberry Shakeology Powder I used is simply an added daily dose of dense nutrition. It packs a great flavor with lots of vitamins, minerals and protein. Simply adding a scoop a day to shakes, drinks, chocolate snacks and healthy baked goods can help aid in weight loss.
Shakeology offers endless recipes to use the powder with. Right now, I’m on a shake kick. Simply adding a scoop of this powder will keep me full throughout the morning and crave less sugary/fat food throughout the day. Right now, I’m crusting on Strawberry Shakeology Powder and Chocolate Shakeology Powder. I love mixing and matching them to come up with healthy and delicious drink recipes. Because I’m always baking food and writing recipes, It’s nice to have this option to get me through most of the day without over indulging in food.

10/19/2014 at 6:36 pmOmigosh, any way that I can make Shakeo taste better is a good recipe. To me Shakeo tastes horrible, but this may be a way to actually be able to stomach the taste and reap the amazing benefits of it. Thank YOU!
