Grease a 12 cup cupcake pan and cut 10 squares of aluminum foil and set aside. Using a knife cut the the biscuits in half and flour the surface for a work area. Then, take each half biscuit and roll it flat into a 4 inch discs. Gently fold the dough into the cupcake in, covering the bottom and the sides up the pan. Using aluminum foil, cover the pie cups and fill with a few Ceramic Baking Beads
to flatten the dough when baking.
