Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, ketchup, and a dash of red pepper flakes.
Cut broccoli and asparagus. Brush vegetables with honey garlic glaze.
Spread glazed tomatoes, asparagus, and broccoli on large sheet pan with 4 Gorton's Beer Battered Fish Fillets. Brush glaze on fish fillets if desired.
Bake in oven for 25 minutes.
Garnish with parsley, salt, and pepper.
