  • 10 ounces Asadero Cheese
  • 3/4 cup half & half (or milk)
  • 4.5 ounces chopped green chiles canned works just fine
  • 1/4 cup chopped jalapenos
  • 2 vine-ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • tortilla chips, to serve optional


  • In a medium saucepan over low heat, break up Asadero Mexican Cheese and place in skillet. 
    Stir in 3/4 cup milk until cheese sauce is melted and smooth.
    Stir in chopped green chiles, chopped jalapenos, diced tomatoes, and cilantro.
    Pour into serving bowl and serve with tortilla chips or serve over your favorite Mexican dishes.
