Outrageous Guacamole

The BEST Guacamole is made with fresh avocados, lime juice, tomato, onion, garlic, and cilantro. This traditional Mexican topping is authentic. Serve Guacamole as a dip, topping, spread, or sauce to your favorite Mexican recipes.

  • 5 ripe avocados they should be slightly soft
  • 1 roma tomato, diced
  • 1/2 white onion, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 4 1/2 tablespoons lime juice about 1-2 limes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro, optional to taste


  • Halve the avocadoes. Take out the pits. Scoop avocado into bowl.
    Add roma tomatoes, white onion, garlic, lime juice, salt, and cilantro. 
    Mash with fork or potato masher until chunky and combined. 
    Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
