Cut apples and arrange on a serving plate; set aside. Melt chocolate in a microwave safe bowl on power level 4 for about 3 minutes, stirring half way through. Melt white chocolate in a separate microwave safe bowl, mixed with a little olive oil on power level 4 for 3 minutes, stirring half way through. Place melted white chocolate in pastry bag / zip lock bag and cut off tip then squeeze and zig-zag across the apples. Repeat with brown chocolate in a new bag. Melt caramel on stove or microwave with a little milk and place in pastry bag / zip lock with tip cut off and zig zag across the apples. Top apples with chopped nuts, marshmallow and cinnamon.
