Loaded Greek Ranch Dip
Thick and creamy Greek yogurt with Ranch seasoning layered below fresh Mediterranean inspired vegetables and feta cheese make up this 6 layered dip with pita chips.
- 1 1/2 cups non-fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 package Hidden Valley® Greek Yogurt Dips Mix in Ranch
- 1 cup diced Roma tomatoes , ( about 3 Roma tomatoes)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley curls
- 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup black olives , chopped - optional
- 1 bag Pita chips or hummus chips
In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and Hidden Valley® Greek Yogurt Ranch Dips Mix and stir until combined. Spread in a serving bowl and evenly spread diced tomatoes on top. Spread chopped green onions over tomatoes then evenly spread diced cucumbers on top. Top it off with chopped parsley. Serve with pita or hummus chips.
