Pineapple Smoothie

Tropical pineapple smoothie with fresh pineapple, yogurt, honey and juice. Serve over chopped ice to make this a cool refreshment.

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple , chopped
  • 1/4 cup plain or vanilla yogurt/greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup pineapple or orange juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk , optional
  • 1 cup ice
  • pineapple wedges for garnish if desired


  • In a blender, combine chopped pineapple and juice and blend well until smooth. Add yogurt, honey and banana and blend until smooth. Lastly, add ice and blend well until smooth; about 1-2 minutes.
  • *Add 1/2 coconut milk to make this a tropical smoothie, if desired.
