Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350° F. Butter and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • Mash bananas with fork or mixer.
  • Stir in sugar, and butter.
  • Whisk in eggs and vanilla extract.
  • Whisk together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and baking soda then fold in and mix until combined.
  • Pour into loaf pan.
  • Bake in oven 50 minutes.
