Frozen Turtle Pie Shake
A creamy, rich frozen chocolate turtle pie shake made with ice cream, chocolate milk and frozen pie with caramel sauce drizzled on top.
Summer is heating up and if your family is anything like mine, you’ll be celebrating birthday’s, holidays and having family parties outside in the heat until October. I cannot deny my love affair for chocolate pie desserts and either can the family. Keeping with the summer spirit, you’ll want to have this frozen shake for holiday parties or to sip on while in the pool.
This shake is insanely easy to make and uses EDWARDS® Whole Pies. You’ll want to take a bite out of it. Can you see the caramel oozing out of the side on the picture above?!? Throughout the whole pie, caramel is stuffed inside and it’s delicious!
Cool of this summer and whip up something delicious with EDWARDS® Whole Pies, milk and ice cream. Seriously, these pies are delicious and are no-bake which means that they just need to be defrosted for a few minutes and are ready to serve. They are so delicious, we got EDWARDS® HERSHEY’S® Chocolate Crème Pie and then used the EDWARDS® Turtle Pie from Walmart® to make a frozen dessert bar and it was a hit!
To make this frozen chocolate Turtle Pie Shake, you’ll need a few ingredients and about 5 minutes.
Start by combining chocolate milk and ice cream/custard in blender and blend for a few seconds. Slice 1 cup frozen EDWARDS® Turtle Pie and place it in the blender and blend just a few seconds.
Pour in glass and top with caramel sauce or chocolate sauce. Place in the refrigerator to thicken or until ready to serve.
These pies are start with a graham cracker crust and have a rich whipped cream center filled with chocolate, caramel and more chocolate sauce. You’ll want to be sure to stock up on them and have them ready for any occasion!

Turtle Pie Milkshake
Ingredients
- 1 cup EDWARDS Turtle Pie
- 1/2 cup chocolate milk
- 2/3 cup vanilla or chocolate ice cream
- caramel/chocolate sauce , optional
Instructions
- In a blender, combine milk and ice cream and blend to combine. Add turtle pie ( I used partially frozen) and blend to desired consistency. Pour milkshake in glass and drizzle with caramel or chocolate sauce. Refrigerate for an hour or longer to make treat thicker, if desired.
