3 ripe bananas 1 cup sugar ½ cup butter, melted 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 eggs 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt ½ tsp ground cinnamon ¼ tsp ground nutmeg 2 cup all-purpose flour ½ cup chopped walnuts optional
Preheat oven to 350° F. Butter and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Mash bananas with fork or mixer.
Stir in sugar, and butter.
Whisk in eggs and vanilla extract.
Whisk together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and baking soda then fold in and mix until combined.
Pour into loaf pan.
Bake in oven 50 minutes.
