Cheesy Potsticker Rice Casserole

Cheesy rice with broccoli, carrots and green beans in a lined casserole dish with vegetable dumpling potstickers and fried rice.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Ling Lang® Asian Kitchen Vegetable Potstickers
  • 1 cup frozen broccoli
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup frozen green beans
  • 1 cup rice , divided
  • splash rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce or package sauce
  • 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese , shredded

Instructions

  • Cook Ling Lang® Asian Kitchen Potstickers according to package directions. Heat water and add broccoli, carrots and green beans for rice water. Cook rice according to package directions. Divide half the rice and toss one half with soy sauce/package sauce and rice vinegar. Using a 9 inch pie plate or casserole dish, lightly spray the bottom with cooking spray then add soy sauce rice. Top with potstickers. Toss white rice with mozzarella cheese then top it over the top of the casserole. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes.
