To form into footballs, make a slight imprint in the center of the ball to push it down. Pinch the dough at the corners and shape into footballs. Freeze for about 1 hour on parchment paper in the freezer.
Melt 2 cups milk chocolate chips in the microwave on for about 7 minutes on power level 4. Stir chips until silky smooth and melted. Place the football dough on the end of a fork (just sitting on top) then use a spoon to scoop melted chocolate over the top and allow chocolate to drip off then place on a cookie sheet. Repeat until done.
For the white frosting on top, combine cream cheese frosting and powdered sugar. Fold everything together, pressing the powder into the frosting to combine well. If mixture is too tough, mix in some water. Fill a piping bag or zip lock bag with the mixture then cut the tip off and make a football design.
