A light and refreshing summer grilled flatbread with warm turkey, melted brie cheese, grilled peaches, and raspberries. This Raspberry Brie Turkey Grilled Flatbread is topped with an easy balsamic vinegar reduction.

It’s heating up outside and it’s the perfect time to grill outdoors. Grilled flatbread the ultimate way to cook a light dinner in just a few minutes.

Summer is fastly approaching and that means it’s time to fire up the grill and host a get together with friends and family.  This refreshing summer flatbread is perfect for potlucks, graduation parties, summer holidays, as well as for lunch and dinner. This time of year, I prefer to use the grill as my method of cooking.  I love the chargrilled taste of bread with warm Sara Lee® Premium Meats, melted brie cheese, grilled peaches, and raspberries and can’t think of a better way to celebrate the warm weather outside.

Summer is my favorite season and with good reason.  I can’t get enough fresh fruit and vegetables from the farmer’s market.  Maybe it’s the cookouts with friends or picnics at the beach.  Maybe it’s the lighter menu for lunch and dinner.  One thing I know for sure is that my fridge is stocked with fresh produce and Sara Lee® Premium Meats for meals that usually take 20 minutes or less to make.

Grilled flatbread loaded with fresh fruit, vegetables, and meat is one of the summers must have meals.  A refreshing summer meal deserves bragging rights, and this easy dish is no exception.  This dish has been a favorite in my house for many, many years.  Summer wouldn’t be complete without a hearty flatbread full of fresh flavors and bright colors!

Plus, this flatbread is incredibly easy to make. Just fire up the grill then add the cheeses, mixed greens, Sara Lee® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, and raspberries to the top of flatbread.

Boil the balsamic vinegar on the stove top for a few minutes until it reduces then head outside and add the sliced peaches and prepared flatbread to the grill. Grill the bread for a few minutes then add the grilled peaches and drizzle it with the balsamic reduction.

Sara Lee® Premium Meats is my go-to affordable premium quality deli meat behind the deli counter. In fact, you’ll find a variety of their premium, high-quality cut of meats have a delicious fresh taste. I always pick up a few freshly-sliced, quality flavors to include with lunch and dinner. Plus, everything for this recipe can be purchased in one stop from your local grocer, which makes it super convenient to grab the ingredients on your way home from running errands.

For other dinner recipes using Sara Lee® Premium Meats, I like to make these Easy French Dip Sliders. Of course, this Cheddar Jalapeno Ham Cornbread is my favorite for summer parties, as well as these Ham and Cheese Pinwheels. For a quick lunch, I love this Greek Chicken Gyro.

Those grilled peaches combined with the cheeses! Oh my goodness! I would have never thought of that – to me, gorgonzola goes with pear but I have never tried any other combination. Lovely!

We are so guilty of only thinking about turkey around Thanksgiving, and never really eating it the rest of the year. What a great way to make turkey a year-round appropriate dinner with this flatbread!

What a colorful dish to serve this summer. I am thinking this would be great for dinner on the patio at a slower pace, especially when the raspberries are prime for picking!
