Cooking an entire meal on a baking sheet is a great way to prepare dinner without all the mess. It cuts down on dishes and ensures everything is hot and ready to serve at the same time. The most comforting part of the day is coming home to family, being able to put dinner in the oven and catch up on our day.
A delicious and easy way to jazz dinner up is by adding vegetables with flavor. I love the flavor combination of honey, garlic, and soy sauce and it’s perfect with Gorton’s Beer Battered Fish Fillets.
The advantage to this recipe is that it only has eight ingredients. This recipe starts with Gorton’s Beer Battered Fish Fillets, and fresh vegetables like asparagus, broccoli, and tomatoes. A simple marinade of honey, soy sauce, and garlic add rich flavor to the vegetables but it can also transform the fish with a light glaze.
Sheet pan suppers have their place and time. For me, I like to make them on a weeknight.
There are days where I just don’t have the time to prepare and cook for an hour or two. It’s perfect for days like today where I’m busy with family obligations.
This healthy sheet pan supper takes less than 5 minutes to prepare and is done cooking in less than 30-minutes which makes it ideal and practical for a convenient dinner.
I love the extra crunch of the deep fried fish fillet batter with roasted vegetables. The texture of fish with soft and slightly crunchy fresh vegetables is exactly what I look for when making a one pot meal for the family.
I buy a variety of Gorton’s products like fish sticks, fish tenders, crab cakes, and grilled salmon to use in easy weeknight dinner recipes. Their product line is varied and it’s convenient for our busy family. I love to pair each one with skillet green beans, roasted asparagus, fresh tomatoes, and a salad.
With a variety of fresh products, it’s easy to add them to our dinner menu for a quick meal.
Classic comfort food doesn’t get any better than this Sheet Pan Fish and Vegetables. You might just find yourself making this recipe over and over again because it’s truly such a simple and elegant meal to make for the family.
Let your sheet pan do all the work and come home to a rich and hearty meal.
