Beefy oven Baked ziti with a delicious variety of cheeses and flavored with red peppers makes this one of my favorite comforting pasta dishes of all times. It's simple to make and no boiling the noodles needed.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Brown meat over stove top on medium-high heat and drain when done. Dice red peppers and set aside. In a large bowl, combine water and Ragú® Sauce and stir. Add ground beef, diced red peppers, ricotta and Parmesan cheese and stir to combine, breaking up any ricotta chunks. Add uncooked ziti pasta to the bowl and stir. Pour mixture into a 13 x 9 inch baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 55 minutes. Remove foil top and sprinkle the top with grated mozzarella cheese then bake for 5 minutes. Allow to cool before serving. To garnish dish, top with fresh basil leaves and more mozzarella cheese, if desired.
