In a large pot, bring enough water to cover all the potatoes to a boil over medium high heat. Wash potatoes and remove any sprouts. Cube potatoes into small chunks and boil in water for 30 minutes or until soft. Drain and place potatoes in large bowl. Chop butter and add to bowl then using a potato masher, mash them or an electric mixer. Add milk, Lawry's, minced garlic, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Once everything is mixed well, fold in shredded white cheddar cheese.
