2 English cucumbers, thinly sliced ½ white or purple onion, diced 2 garlic cloves, minced 3 tbsp fresh dill, chopped ½ cup sour cream 2½ tbsp vinegar ¼ tsp salt ¼ tsp black pepper 1 tbsp olive oil ½ tsp granulated sugar or honey
Mix together sour cream, vinegar, salt, pepper, olive oil, and sugar.
Add thinly sliced cucumbers, and dill to bowl.
Stir in onion and garlic.
Adjust salt/pepper and toss mixture together.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
