1large bag organic kale coleslaw
3/4cuporganic coleslaw salad dressing
1bag Alexia® Sweet Potato Fries
1/2tablespoondry parsley
12rolls, toasted
Instructions
Bake sweet potato fries in oven according to package directions. Heat chicken on stove top according to package directions. Pour coleslaw in a large bowl with salad dressing and stir to combine. Lightly toast buns. Slice chicken strips and fries to fit buns. Place grilled chicken on bottom with coleslaw in the center and sweet potato fries on top. Sprinkle fries with dried parsley and top with bun.
