Grilled Chicken Sweet Potato Slaw Sliders
Dinner time is a busy time in our house. Mostly because everyone is getting home and just starting to settle in for the night. We have nights where dinner needs to be on the table within a half hour either because we have something to do or got home late. Other nights, I just don’t have the time to spend an hour in the kitchen preparing dinner.
When it comes to dinner, I’m always looking for delicious new recipes that require few ingredients and that can be prepared in under 30 minutes. One day, I was at Target® and found NATURERAISED FARMS® GLUTEN FREE GRILLED CHICKEN STRIPS. I love that they are NON GMO and already cooked. I had some bread rolls and coleslaw to use up and immediately though of making chicken sliders for the family. We love crunchy fries with sliders so I picked up a bag of ALEXIA® SWEET POTATO FRIES. I love to make new meals for the family. Dinner should be fun without compromising flavor and this recipe blends well together as it features sides that taste just as great severed with the main star of the dish.
This sandwich starts with 100% All Natural grilled chicken, crunchy kale coleslaw and crispy baked sweet potato fries topped on a toasted roll.
If you ask me what the best part of this dinner is (besides sharing the memories with family), it’s combining all the flavors and textures into one dish that tastes great. I just love the slaw in this recipe as it pairs so well with the crispy sweet potato fries and grilled chicken. Since we’re using a salad dressing the sliders don’t need to be prepped with any other condiments.
To make this recipe, start by baking the sweet potato fries according to package directions. I like the fries to have a bit of a crisp and therefore bake them longer but be careful not to burn it. While the potatoes are baking, heat a skillet over medium heat on the stove top and heat the chicken according to package directions. Slice the buns and lightly toasted them, adding a little melted butter to the top of the rolls to get a nice golden crispy top. Mix together the coleslaw and salad dressing.
To assemble these sliders, cut the chicken to the length of the roll then repeat with the sweet potato fries. Place the chicken on first then the coleslaw. Top with crispy Sweet Potato Fries and a bun.
By using NATURERAISED FARMS® GLUTEN FREE GRILLED CHICKEN STRIPS in a recipe, I’m saving time and spending it with the family instead. What I love about the grilled chicken strips is that it’s 100% All Natural ingredients made with no antibiotics and no added hormones. While I may not have hours to cook dinner, I do have control over what I feed the family therefore, I like to use all natural ingredients. Real food products should all have “All Natural” ingredients for us to feed our family.
I always select food made with no antibiotics or hormones as I believe all food should be offered this way. This option is becoming more available for us to choose yet it doesn’t sacrifice taste or texture. Non GMO food is another listing we look for and almost always cook with. These sweet potato fries deliver the perfect NON GMO crunch for this sandwich!

I love the pairing of the sweet potato fries and chicken. I never would have thought of that, but it looks so good! Frozen chicken and fries make this so simple and easy. I’m definitely going to have to give it a try. Pinned!
