Strawberry Chocolate Cheesecake Ball
A simply delicious no-bake Strawberry Cheesecake Ball rolled in mini chocolate chips and crushed Oreos. Serve this cheesecake dessert as a dip with fresh fruit like strawberries, pineapple, apple slices, and cantaloupe, or with marshmallows, graham crackers, waffle cone chips, pretzels, or animal crackers.

24 oz cream cheese softened 1¼ cup powdered sugar 2½ tbsp strawberry jello 1 tsp almond extract ⅛ tsp salt 10 oz mini chocolate chips 5 oreo cookies (or chocolate graham crackers) cream filling removed, crushed
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Beat in powdered sugar, strawberry jello powder, salt, and almond extract.
Place in a bowl. Cover, and refrigerate 1 hour.
Roll into a ball. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
Reshape ball. Freeze for 45 minutes.
Mix together mini chocolate chips and crushed oreo crackers.
Roll ball in toppings until coated.
Chill until ready to serve.
Serve with graham crackers, waffle cone chips, strawberries, marshmallows, pretzels, or other fresh fruit.
