A simply delicious no-bake Strawberry Cheesecake Ball rolled in mini chocolate chips and crushed Oreos. Serve this cheesecake dessert as a dip with fresh fruit like strawberries, pineapple, apple slices, and cantaloupe, or with marshmallows, graham crackers, waffle cone chips, pretzels, or animal crackers.

Ingredients

  • 24 oz cream cheese softened
  • cup powdered sugar
  • tbsp strawberry jello
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • tsp salt
  • 10 oz mini chocolate chips
  • 5 oreo cookies (or chocolate graham crackers) cream filling removed, crushed

Instructions

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Beat in powdered sugar, strawberry jello powder, salt, and almond extract.
  • Place in a bowl. Cover, and refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Roll into a ball. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
  • Reshape ball. Freeze for 45 minutes.
  • Mix together mini chocolate chips and crushed oreo crackers.
  • Roll ball in toppings until coated.
  • Chill until ready to serve.
  • Serve with graham crackers, waffle cone chips, strawberries, marshmallows, pretzels, or other fresh fruit.
