One of my favorite ways to enjoy tea is to pair it with a light snack. A snack that doesn’t need any baking or a long list of ingredients. Strawberry cream cheese crostino is great to enjoy in the late afternoon, for lunch or to serve as an appetizer to friends.
The snack takes just a few minutes to prepare. Just spread softened cream cheese across the toasted bread and top with a little strawberry jam or whatever jam is in the refrigerator. Basil and mint both add additional flavor that matches the sweetness of the jam.

Strawberry Cream Cheese Crostino with Snapple Tea
Ingredients
- 1 bag olive oil bruschettini
- 8 ounces cream cheese , softened
- 9 ounces strawberry jam
Instructions
- Spread cream on toasted bruschettini/crostino. Top with a dollop of strawberry jam. Serve along side Snapple® Straight Up Tea™.
