Cook noodles in a large saucepan according to package directions, Drain and set aside.Place broccoli florets in a microwave-safe bowl with 1/2 cup water. Cover top of bowl with a microwave-safe plate. Place in microwave and cook 4 minutes.Heat oils in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in diced bell peppers and white parts of green onions. Stir fry to color; about 3 minutes. Stir in shredded carrots, and snow peas. Stir fry vegetables until fork-tender; about 7 minutes total. Whisk together the sauce.Add lo mein noodles to a large saucepan. Toss with sauce. Add in stir-fried vegetables and steamed broccoli. Serve with remaining green onions and sesame seeds.
