Turkish Ayran Beverage
- 2 cup Yogurt
- 7 ounces milk
- 2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sparkling water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5-10 pieces ice cubes
- Mint (, optional to taste)
- Combine yogurt and milk in blender. Blend until creamy; add sparkling water and ice cubes. Drink will become fizzy. Add water (add a little more if it's thick). Blend on medium speed for 1 minute. Pour in glass and add mint to taste (optional).
